About Us

Campus Castles started in 2008 with the idea of providing better off-campus housing options.  With this in mind, we purchased the Acadia House and began renovations in 2009.  Having received a tremendous amount of positive feedback from students, we decided to expand our offerings by purchasing the Katahdin House, the Camden House, and the Blue Hill House all of which are conveniently located on the same street.

Our homes come fully furnished with high-end appliances, leather and upholstered furniture, wall mounted HD flat screen TVs, Serta memory foam mattresses, comprehensive security systems, and much more.  Being a student is an incredibly fun and exciting experience, but it is also a demanding one that leaves little time for tasks such as moving furniture or scheduling oil deliveries.  Our goal is to make renting an enjoyable experience while offering the finest accommodations.
